WTB Shen's Censure!
I'm not too happy with the results (or, in this case, lack of results) from trying to buy this item in game. Therefore, I've come to this.
Shen's Censure +12 Energy (req 9 Smiting) +1 Smiting (20% chance while using skills) Halves Skill Recharge of Smiting Prayers (20% Chance) And, I'm BUYING.
